Refund Policy

DivestMe charges a flat fee per position, shown at checkout before you pay.

Single positions. Your sale is executed automatically when payment completes: DivestMe counter-signs your Asset Sale Agreement and the sale is dated at that moment. Because the transaction is complete, the fee for an executed position is non-refundable. If your payment completes but the sale is not executed for any reason, we refund the fee in full.

Errors. If we make an error in your documents, we will correct and reissue them at no charge.

Multi-position packs and Firm Annual. Unused positions in a pack are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. For Firm Annual, unused positions are refundable on request within 30 days of each annual charge, including renewals, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date. Positions already used are not refundable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
