What you receive

The specimen document package

This is a complete sample of the package DivestMe delivers when a sale is executed and counter-signed — produced by the same document pipeline as a real delivery, for an unmistakably fictional position: a specimen seller and a specimen issuer, with a contract ID from a reserved specimen range. Every page carries a SPECIMEN watermark, and no verifiable integrity hash is present. It exists so you and your advisor can read exactly what the documents say before deciding anything.

The Asset Sale Agreement documents the sale itself: the parties, the $1.00 nominal consideration, Exhibit A (the identifying terms of the sale), and Exhibit B (the Seller’s own factual schedule, furnished for the Seller’s records and the Seller’s tax advisor). The Certificate of Completion records that signing completed — both signature timestamps, the contract ID, and, on an executed package, the SHA-256 integrity hash. It certifies completion of the sale, not any tax outcome.

As everywhere: DivestMe documents the transaction; it does not determine tax treatment, deductibility, or eligibility — those determinations belong to the holder and their tax advisor. The issuing company is not a party to the sale and remains exactly as it was. Executed packages are independently verifiable at divest.me/verify by contract ID and integrity hash — this specimen carries neither and will not verify.
