Records staged through the agent hand-off tool contain no personal identifiers (objective position facts only). A staged record that is never claimed through its magic link expires twelve months after staging: the link stops working, and the session can no longer be claimed and never becomes an asset record or a charge. Expired staged records are retained until deleted in routine maintenance.
