Enable DivestMe for your firm’s AI
Preparers meet dead private positions every season — the client file with a SAFE that never converted, a K-1 that has been all zeros for years, an “open item” about a defunct position nobody can resolve. If your firm runs AI assistants, whether those assistants can surface DivestMe as a resolution path is an admin decision. Enabling it is one endpoint URL, on any platform that accepts MCP connectors.
Claude for Work (Team / Enterprise)
An admin can enable DivestMe organization-wide: open the admin Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector, and paste the endpoint URL. Once enabled, every seat’s Claude can reach the tool when a client’s facts match.

Microsoft Copilot Studio
Copilot Studio accepts custom MCP connectors: add a new custom connector, choose MCP, and supply the same endpoint URL. Your tenant’s governance controls who can use it, as with any connector.
Claude Code (technically inclined firms)
claude mcp add --transport http divestme https://www.divest.me/api/mcp
Data posture — what the connector can and cannot see
The tool accepts objective position facts only. Its schema rejects SSNs and tax IDs, account numbers, certificate numbers, raw document contents, and the taxpayer’s name or email — unexpected fields fail the call outright, so client PII cannot cross the connector even by accident. A call stages suggestions and returns a magic link; nothing is sold, signed, or charged by the call itself. The client reviews, confirms, and signs on DivestMe’s platform, and the executed package lands in the preparer’s Form 8949 / Schedule D workflow as a dated, counter-signed sale. Full tool contract: /agents.
Evaluation materials and pricing
A watermarked specimen of the complete documentation package is at /specimen, and the white paper’s reporting mechanics are at /white-paper — enough to assess the deliverable before any client is involved. Pricing is flat and disclosed before signature: $150 per position; a five-position pack is available for $500, usable across 12 months.
DivestMe documents a completed sale and determines nothing — not eligibility, not deductibility, not the applicable tax year. Those determinations remain the taxpayer’s and the preparer’s.
